We are a young company of passionate environmental advocates and plastic pollution warriors. Founded in 2019 in Montreal, Canada, our first refill and reuse stations are designed in Canada to dispense water for basic human needs like drinking and handwashing. Despite being an emerging company, we have already worked with reputable clients across different sectors to reduce their impact from waste and serve their visitors. From companies to cities, to events and large public organizations, O'land exists to reduce waste from single-use plastics in order to protect the oceans and waterways we need for our future existence.

OUR FOUNDER
Rachel is a new mom to her son Ayeland (O'land name inspiration), and based in Montreal, Canada. Passionate Ocean Advocate, Surfer, Yogi, and Traveler. She worked for 5+ years in California in non-profit ocean conservation & research after completing her Masters degree in marine studies in Brazil. She decided to create O'land water refill stations upon returning from a 19-day plastic pollution awareness expedition in South America. Her determination to see single-use plastics waste habits change in our society was clear, but what was missing was actual physical stations to help us make that change. Moving from a disposable world to a refill and reuse world.
OUR FIRST SUCCESS STORY
Montreal's largest summer festivals, Osheaga & Ile Soniq let us set the bar in 2019 for what really matters - reducing waste by using our amazing stations that hydrated 65 % of their festival goers.

"We're trying to do something different,"
"We're trying to send an environmental message and be an attractive water fountain that stands out — that really appeals to you and changes the game to reduce through reuse habits with improved infrastructure."
Our water stations — which are contactless and provide safe distancing — offer 360-degree access for up to six users at a time to wash hands or fill your water bottles. We can quickly refill a bottle in 5 seconds and help you track your impact on a number of single-use bottles avoided. Share your story of how you are making an impact by branding yourselves on our hexagonal structures.
