    Faucet blue lever broken/stuck ?
Try opening the faucet, the inside piece might just be stuck. If it is broken or if it happens again, contact us to replace your faucet

Faucet flow is too slow, or too strong:
You were given a flow control key at your installation. Use the key to adjust the flow control valve directly under the faucet head.

Faucet is broken and free flowing:
You can use the flow control valve key to turn off the faucet entirely and keep using the rest of the station.

  • The station is not stable or seems wobbly.
    What should I do?

    1. Check the leveling and height: Adjust the feet of the station to ensure it is level and at the correct height.

    2. Stabilize the base: Make sure all feet are in full contact with the floor and properly balanced.

If our forklift supports are loose or dangling under the station. What do we do?

  • Loose or Broken Umbrella

We lost a few bolts that hold the panels or umbrellas. What bolts should we use to replace them?

    • For removable parts (e.g., panels, umbrellas, sink filter): Use BUTTON CAP ZINC M-6 X 20.

    • For structural parts (depending on size): Use either BOLT ZINC METR. M-61.0020 or BOLT ZINC METR. M-81.2520.

  • Hose Sizes: What are the required sizes for the hoses used in the station?

    • Incoming Hose: 5/8" ID, food grade (NSF certified).

    • Grey Water Drain Hose: 2" ID. We suggest using a heavy-duty backwash hose or PVC with cable mats for durability.

  • What should I do if it looks like my station is leaking?

    1. Verify the grey water hose connection: Check if your grey water hose is properly connected. If you don’t have a grey water hose, the sinks might be draining directly under the station, giving the appearance of a leak. Install the grey water hose if needed. For more information, click here.

    2. Locate and inspect the leak: Find your ID tag under the sink and open that side of the station. Look inside to identify where the leak is coming from. It might be an easy fix, such as tightening something that came loose, applying new Teflon tape, or using an adjustable wrench.
